This is a video of a wheel in a Japanese garden. What do you see when you look at this image?

The wheel in nature can be a metaphor for willpower coexisting with the forces of nature.

In healing, there are things we have control over and those that we do not.

I base my helping philosophy on the universal serenity prayer, which is what this image symbolizes to me.

Serenity prayer:

“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

Welcome.

I look forward to our work together.
